Sean Davis

Sean Davis, Chair of Cahill's Diversity and Inclusion Committee and Co-Chair of Cahill's Pro Bono Committee, represents leading investment banking firms and commercial banks in U.S. and cross-border leveraged finance transactions.

Sean has significant experience advising on transactions involving both new issuance of secured and unsecured high yield debt securities, syndicated institutional loans and asset-based loans as well as out-of-court restructurings.
