James J. Clark

Jim Clark is a member of Cahill’s Executive Committee and Co-Chair of the firm's Corporate Department, representing major investment banks and corporations in capital market transactions, including debt and equity offerings, bank financings and debt restructurings.

Jim’s recent representations include:

• NBCUniversal in the $7.75 billion acquisition of exclusive U.S. broadcast rights for the 2022-2032 Summer and Winter Olympic Games (which is the eighth Olympic television contract he has worked on for NBC).
• The initial purchasers in notes offerings for MGM Resorts, Alliance Data Systems, QVC, Vail Resorts, Boise Cascade, Georgia-Pacific, Levi Strauss, and numerous other companies.
• The lead bank arrangers in credit facilities for Airbnb, The Gap, PAE, GCI, Spirit Aerosystems, NorthWest Fiber, and numerous other companies.

Jim graduated from Stonehill College in 1976 (BS), where he formerly served as a member of the Board of Trustees, and from Albany Law School of Union University in 1979 (JD), where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review.
