Anastasia Efimova

Anastasia Efimova is the leader of Cahill's Uniform Commercial Code and Secured Transactions practice.

Anastasia represents lenders and borrowers in connection with syndicated loan facilities and notes offerings in domestic and international transactions. She has extensive experience in collateral and intercreditor arrangements in secured financing transactions and advises on collateral matters with respect to personal property governed by Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code as well as personal property subject to other statutes.

Anastasia has practiced in a variety of industries such as technology, media, gaming, telecommunications, automotive, healthcare and natural resources.
