Corporate Mid-Level or Senior Associate – Private Credit

We are seeking attorneys for associate positions in Cahill Gordon & Reindel’s New York office for our Private Credit practice group. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in corporate work, with substantial exposure to private credit transactions including with direct lenders, private credit funds, and other institutional investors and investment banks in corporate finance transactions, leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and recapitalization transactions.

Preferred candidates will have experience in structuring and executing traditional first lien, unitranche, stretch senior, second lien and subordinated loan transactions, structured equity investments, including non-traditional preferred stock financings, and equity co-investments.

Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong academic background and be admitted to the New York Bar.

Location: New York

Compensation: The anticipated salary we expect to pay to associates is as follows:

                Fourth-year associates: $310,000              

                Fifth-year associates: $365,000

                Sixth-year associates: $390,000

                Seventh-year associates: $420,000

Knowledge Management Specialist

We are seeking an attorney for a Knowledge Management Specialist position in Cahill’s New York office for our leveraged finance practice group. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in leveraged finance, with substantial exposure to high yield bond financings, term loan financings and/or debt financing commitment papers. This Specialist will work to summarize and track key terms of completed transactions, as well as track and provide timely communication on evolving market trends.

Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, experience with corporate research, a strong academic background and be admitted to the New York Bar.

Schedule: 40 hours per week maximum fixed schedule or flexible schedule. Flex-time also available.

Location: New York or fully remote

Compensation: The anticipated salary/range we expect to pay for this position is: $200,000 to $300,000

Litigation Counsel

We are seeking a Litigation Counsel for a position in Cahill Gordon & Reindel’s New York office. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in complex commercial litigation and counseling across a broad range of practice areas, including securities law and antitrust law.

Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong academic background, and be admitted to the New York Bar.

Tax Associate Search

The New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP is seeking associates for our tax practice group. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in transactional tax work, with meaningful exposure to leveraged finance and capital markets transactions.

Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong academic background and be admitted to the New York Bar.

Cahill offers a competitive salary structure and the anticipated base salary range for this position will be a minimum of $260,000 a year and a maximum of $435,000 depending on experience. The actual salary may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.

UCC Collateral Specialist

We are looking for a senior associate or counsel to join the Secured Transactions practice to specialize in review of collateral documents and intercreditor agreements with prior experience in secured lending.  We will be providing training in this area to the person hired.
