Associate Liaison Committee
Cahill's Associate Liaison Committee (ALC) addresses the collective concerns and evolving preferences of our associate community. Comprised of both associates and partners, the ALC discusses a variety of associate concerns and proposes solutions, often aimed at work/life balance. Examples of initiatives by the ALC include:
- Introduction of a new training program for incoming and established associates
- Adoption of a Flex-time Policy
- Restructuring of associates' reviews
- Introduction of Mentor Partners for guidance and support
- Provision of annual technology stipends for home office expenses
- Creation of the associate lounge
- Introduction of discounted health club membership options
