Beth Yahl is a member of Cahill’s Executive Committee, focusing her practice on capital markets and asset-based and syndicated lending.

Beth represents leading investment banks and commercial banks in connection with syndicated loan transactions, asset-based lending transactions, bridge lending, and public and private capital markets transactions, including offerings of secured and unsecured debt securities, equity offerings, debt exchange offers and tender offers in connection with acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, going-private transactions, recapitalizations and other financing transactions.

Beth has represented the financing sources in a number of acquisitions and investments, including Kissner Group’s acquisition of Morton Salt, Jazz Pharmaceuticals’ acquisition of GW Pharmaceuticals, and Stone Point Capital’s acquisition of Corelogic. She has also represented public corporations, including ICON plc in connection with financing its acquisition of PRA Health Sciences, Inc.

In 2024, Beth was named a Next Generation Partner for Capital Markets: High-Yield Offerings by the Legal 500 US, was recognized among the Top Women in Specialty Finance by ABF Journal, and was shortlisted for Banking & Finance Lawyer of the Year at the Women in Business Law Americas Awards. In 2023, she was recognized as a Structured Finance Rising Star by Law360. In 2022, she was profiled in The Secured Lender’s Women in Secured Finance issue. She has also previously been recognized among Best Lawyers’ “Ones to Watch” in the areas of banking and finance law and corporate law.  She is currently the co-chair of the firm’s Professional Development Committee and serves on the firm’s Business Development Committee.
