On Thursday, October 26, Cahill presented a CLE program detailing some of the most critical cybersecurity risks facing organizations today. Presented by partners Brockton B. Bosson and David R. Owen and associate Alexa Moses, the program discussed lawyers’ ethical obligations for confronting those risks and protecting confidential, privileged, and proprietary electronic data and communications.
