Lewis Cohen Speaks at the Digital Assets at Duke 2025 Conference

CahillNXT co-chair and partner Lewis Cohen spoke on the panel, “Navigating the Regulatory Landscape of Digital Assets in the U.S.,” at the Digital Assets at Duke (DA@D) 2025 conference.
Lewis was joined by Lee Reiners, a lecturing fellow at the Duke Financial and Economic Center. The discussion was moderated by Dan Spuller, senior director of Industrial Affairs at the Blockchain Association.
This panel delivered a comprehensive examination of existing and upcoming regulations, enforcement patterns, and the functions of major agencies, including the SEC, CFTC, and Treasury.
