Compass Minerals Completes $100 Million Notes Offering

Cahill represented the initial purchasers including Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, Calyon and Scotia Capital in Compass Minerals International's $100,000,000 offering of 8% Senior Notes due 2019. The proceeds of the notes will refinance the company's existing 12% Senior Subordinated Discount Notes due 2013.
