Cahill represented J.P. Morgan as administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with the amendment and restatement of the Cedar Fair, L.P. senior secured credit facilities for purposes of repricing the term loans thereunder and raising additional term loans in connection with the payment of fees and expenses.
