Warnaco Inc. Completes $200 Million Term Loan

Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank as administrative agent and J.P. Morgan, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank Securities and HSBC Securities as joint arrangers and joint book-runners in connection with a $200,000,000 Term B Loan for Warnaco Inc., Calvin Klein Jeanswear Company and Warnaco Swimwear Products. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
