Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Amended Credit Agreements by CommScope

Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank as lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with the amendment and repricing of CommScope, Inc.’s $992.5 million Term B loan.

Cahill also represented JPMorgan Chase Bank as lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with amendment of CommScope’s $400,000,000 revolving credit facility. The amendment extended the maturity and repriced the existing credit agreement.
