Cahill represented Citigroup as lead underwriter in connection with the public offering of 15,000,000 shares of Common Stock of HCA Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: HCA), resulting in gross proceeds of $772,950,000. The selling stockholders received all of the proceeds of the sale.
