Cahill represented Credit Suisse, Cayman Islands Branch, as administrative agent the lead arranger, along with the other arrangers in connection with a $3,758,000,000 term B credit facility for First Data Corporation. First Data is a global leader in commerce technology, connecting merchants with a single source payment solution. Proceeds from the credit facility were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
