Cahill Moves to 32 Old Slip
Date: 09/01/20
We look toward the future and reaffirm our commitment to the financial district by moving to a state-of-the-art office space at 32 Old Slip.
Furthering on the firm’s 100 year history in New York City, and after nearly 60 years at our home at 80 Pine Street, the firm is reaffirming its commitment to New York’s financial district and its future by moving to nearby 32 Old Slip, with expansive views of the Harbor, East River, Brooklyn, and the open sky. Our new space is tailored to the needs of the future, incorporating a technology-first approach and modern design meant for meaningful collaboration that celebrates our culture, and allows us to continue to provide our clients with the exceptional experience and service they are accustomed to from Cahill.
The financial district, often referred to as FiDi, has a rich history as old as New York itself. At present, it is New York City’s fastest growing neighborhood with a diversity of businesses, restaurants, culture, shopping, and residential living unavailable elsewhere. Cahill is looking forward to continuing to operate in such a unique part of New York City. Traveling throughout Manhattan and from Brooklyn, Jersey City, and Hoboken is convenient as every major subway line is located near the office, as well as the PATH and growing New York area ferry system.
Cahill is located in close proximity to the Federal, State, and Municipal courts and offices where many of our lawyers practice, as well as being down the block from the NYSE. Wall Street is the financial center of the world, an ideal location for a law firm to represent the world’s leading investment banks and financial institutions.
