Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with Comcast Corporation’s inaugural public green bond offering of $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.650% notes due 2033. Comcast intends to allocate the net proceeds from the offering to finance or refinance, in whole or in part, one or more "Eligible Green Investments," including renewable energy, energy efficiency, green buildings, campuses, communities and cities, clean transportation, and circular economy adapted products, production technologies and processes.
