Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a credit agreement refinancing amendment establishing a $1,750,000,000 term A credit facility and $1,000,000,000 revolving credit facility for DaVita Inc. Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used to refinance existing credit facilities and for general corporate purposes.
