Cahill represented the dealer managers and solicitation agents in connection with The New Home Company Inc.'s offer to exchange any and all of its outstanding 7.250% Senior Notes due 2025 for a new issuance of 8.250% Senior Notes due 2027. The New Home Company Inc. is a western regional builder and real estate development company.
