Cahill Represents ABL Agent in Wesco's and Incora’s Bankruptcy Cases

Cahill is representing the ABL agent in connection with the bankruptcy cases of Wesco Aircraft Holding (a/k/a Incora) in the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of Texas and recently advised the ABL agent and lenders in connection with the debtors’ proposed DIP financing, including negotiating a complex adequate protection package. The final DIP order was entered by the Bankruptcy Court on July 10, 2023. The Cahill team on this matter was led by bankruptcy and restructuring partners Joel Levitin and Rich Stieglitz and also advised by counsel Javier Ortiz, and associates Matt Rosenthal, Davis Frank, and Ian Clemens.
