Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in California Resources Corporation’s $600 Million Notes Offering

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 8.250% senior notes due 2029 by California Resources Corporation in connection with the upcoming acquisition of Aera Energy LLC and its operating affiliate Aera Energy Services Company (together, Aera).
Proceeds from the offering will be used to repay Aera’s existing indebtedness.
