Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in AIT Worldwide Logistics’ $1.08 Billion First Lien Credit Facilities Transactions

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $999 million first lien term loan credit facility transaction for AIT Worldwide Logistics Holdings, Inc., consisting of a $679 million amend-and-extend and $320 million incremental facility, as well as a maturity extension of the company’s $80 million first lien revolving credit facility.
Proceeds from the amended credit facilities were used to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes.
