Turnarounds & Workouts Recognizes Richard A. Stieglitz Jr. as an "Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer" 2013

Richard A. Stieglitz Jr. was named by Turnarounds & Workouts (T&W) as an "Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer" in the United States. Rich was recognized for his role as bankruptcy counsel to SP Newsprint, in a “complex case involving nearly a billion dollars of liabilities”, as well as his representation of Orleans Homebuilders, Trico Marine, Charlie Brown’s restaurants, and Aurora Oil & Gas in their Chapter 11 cases.
This is the second year Rich has been named by T&W as an “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer” (he also received this honor in 2011). T&W’s list, which names just twelve finalists chosen from the large pool of qualified young attorneys in the United States, was announced in the publication's April 2013 issue.
