Cahill Tops the Q1 2018 Thomson Reuters LPC League Table Rankings for Lending Transactions

Reflecting its prominence in the U.S. bank lending market, Cahill was again ranked as the number one legal advisor to lead arrangers in leveraged loans in the first quarter 2018 by Thomson Reuters LPC, participating in 58 transactions that generated approximately $57 billion in aggregate gross proceeds, and capturing a 28% share of the U.S. leveraged loan market. Cahill has been the top ranked legal advisor to lead arrangers of leveraged loans since 2010. Cahill also ranked as the number one legal advisor to bookrunners by deal count and value in the overall loan transactions category.
