Cahill’s Antitrust Practice Recommended by Global Competition Review

Global Competition Review (GCR) has recommended Cahill in its 2020 edition of New York’s Competition Bar. The 2020 edition notes Cahill's strength in both litigation and transactions, highlighting their work on behalf of Credit Suisse in class actions challenging the bank’s role in cases involving rate swaps, bank bill swap reference rates and SSA bonds, as well as highlighting their deal work on behalf of a leading provider of research models in the sale of its nonclinical contract research services business to a global life sciences company, and the simultaneous purchase by the Company's subsidiary of the global life sciences company's research products business.
