Cahill Team Named ‘Litigator of the Week’ Finalists for Victory in Grubhub’s Data-Sharing Dispute

Cahill partner Joel Kurtzberg and associates Jason Rozbruch, Lisa Cole, and Philip Golodetz have been selected as “Litigator of the Week” finalists by The American Lawyer’s Litigation Daily.
The team was recognized for their work in connection with securing an order striking down a New York City ordinance on First Amendment grounds that would have required Grubhub to deliver customer data and ordering history to restaurants without getting express consent from those same customers.
