Donna Manion

Donna Manion is Cahill’s Executive Director, Operations and Personnel. She manages the firm's business affairs and administrative systems and is an advisor to Cahill’s Executive Committee. In this capacity, she provides support and guidance to the human resources, recruiting, professional development, diversity, equity and inclusion, marketing, real estate management and administrative operations of the firm. She also advises firm management on matters relating to strategic planning. Donna joined Cahill in 2011 as the Director of Legal Recruiting, and in 2018 was named Director of Legal Recruiting and Personnel. She became Executive Director in 2021. Prior to joining Cahill, Donna worked in recruiting at two prominent global law firms.
