Jehan Slavin

Jehan Slavin is an associate in the New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP where she focuses her practice on corporate matters with an emphasis on matters relating to Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, Private Credit and Project Finance.

Jehan represents leading investment banks, institutional investors, commercial banks and corporations in connection with public and private capital markets transactions, including debt offerings, high yield bond offerings, mezzanine financings, bank financings, syndicated institutional loans, asset backed loans, tender offers  and consent solicitations in connection with acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, project development and financing transactions, bridge lending and loan commitments, out-of-court restructurings and other financing transactions.

Jehan maintains an active pro bono practice in which she provides pro bono legal assistance to young persons through The Door Legal Services Center’s Emancipation Clinic and their Special Immigrant Juvenile Status Program.
