Jenny Warshafsky

Jenny Warshafsky is Counsel in the New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP and the director of the firm’s Knowledge Management group, a group of lawyers specializing in delivering knowledge-based solutions to clients to enhance the firm’s existing legal expertise.

She also supports Cahill Academy, a series of formal training programs specifically developed to build core competencies for junior associates, as well as to provide continuing legal education to more senior attorneys.

Jenny focuses her practice on corporate matters with an emphasis on matters relating to Banking & Finance and Capital Markets.
