Natasha Williams Goddard

Natasha Williams Goddard is a counsel in the New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP where she focuses her practice on corporate matters with an emphasis on private credit transactions.

Natasha has extensive experience in representing financial institutions in a broad range of leveraged finance and direct lending transactions, including acquisition financings, loan commitments and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Cahill, Natasha worked for a leading international law firm and was in-house at a digital marketing company.
