Nikolas X. Rodriguez is an associate in the New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP  where he focuses his practice on Corporate matters with an emphasis on matters relating to Capital Markets & Lending and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Nick represents leading investment banks, institutional investors, commercial banks and corporations in connection with public and private capital markets transactions, including debt offerings, high yield bond offerings, equity offerings, mezzanine financings, bank financings, syndicated institutional loans, asset backed loans, tender offers and consent solicitations in connection with acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, going-private transactions, recapitalizations, project financings, bridge lending and loan commitments, out-of-court restructurings and other financing transactions.

Nick also represents boards, sellers, acquirers, targets, private equity firms, shareholders and other investors in  domestic and cross-border public and private mergers and acquisitions transactions, spin-offs and joint ventures and related financing transactions.
