Sean represents direct lenders, private credit funds, investment banks, and other financial institutions in a broad range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions in the middle and large-cap markets, including leveraged buyouts, refinancings, notes offerings, and restructurings.

He has extensive experience in collateral and intercreditor arrangements in secured financing transactions, including with respect to syndicated, club, and bilateral loans; first lien loans; second lien loans; asset-based loans; and secured bonds.

Sean has practiced in a variety of industries such as architecture, automotive, financial services, gaming, healthcare, manufacturing, maritime shipping, oil and gas, technology, and telecommunications.
