Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $1.5 Billion Credit Facility for MGM Resorts

Cahill represented Bank of America as administrative agent and lead arranger and JPMorgan Chase Bank, Barclays Bank, Citigroup Global Markets, Deutsche Bank Securities, BNP Paribas Securities, Fifth Third Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, and Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank as lead arrangers in connection with the $1,500,000,000 credit facility, comprised of a $1,250,000,000 revolving credit agreement and a $250,000,000 Term A Loan for MGM Resorts International. Proceeds from the facility were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
