Cahill represented Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., as lead arranger and Barclays Bank PLC, as administrative agent, in connection with the repricing of Prestige Brands, Inc.’s $975,000,000 term loan facility.  Prestige Brands is a marketer and distributor of brand name over-the-counter and household cleaning products.
