Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $650,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.250% senior notes due 2026 by Aircastle Limited, a global company that acquires, leases and sells commercial jet aircraft to customers throughout the world. Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes.
