Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to Tibco Software, Inc.’s existing $125,000,000 revolving credit facility and $1,824,273,020.25 Term B credit facility. Tibco Software, Inc. is an American company that provides integration, analytics and event-processing software for companies to use on-premises or as part of cloud computing environments. Proceeds from the amendments were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
