Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.75% senior notes due 2028 for Installed Building Products, Inc., an installation contractor. Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes and refinancing existing indebtedness.
