Cahill represented Citi as solicitation agent in connection with Ardagh Packaging Finance plc and Ardagh Holdings USA Inc.’s consent solicitation relating to its outstanding £400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.750% senior notes due 2027. The consents approved amendments to the notes to conform covenants, definitions and other terms with those contained in the indentures governing the other existing debt securities of Ardagh.
