Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $600 Million Credit Facility for Prestige Brands, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $600,000,000 incremental term B facility to the Term Loan Credit Agreement for Prestige Brands, Inc. Proceeds from the incremental facility will be used for an acquisition by the Borrower and to refinance existing credit. Prestige Brands, Inc. markets, sells, manufactures and distributes consumer healthcare products to retail outlets throughout the U.S. and Canada, Australia, and in certain other international markets.
