Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $3.46 Billion Credit Facility for Radiate HoldCo, LLC, Subsidiary of Astound Broadband

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an Amendment to the $3,420,000,000 term B credit facility and a $40,000,000 increase to the revolving credit facility for Radiate HoldCo, LLC. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for an acquisition by borrower, refinancing existing credit and general corporate purposes. Radiate Holdco, LLC is a subsidiary of Astound Broadband, one of the largest telecommunications providers, serving eight of the top ten metro markets in the US providing critical infrastructure to local communities.
