Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $600 Million Credit Facility for Asurion LLC

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an Amendment to Asurion LLC’s existing credit facility in connection with a $600,000,000 incremental term B loan. Proceeds from the amendment will be used to refinance existing term loans under the credit facility and for general corporate purposes. Asurion repairs or replaces damaged devices and home appliances to setting up the latest addition to a connected home.
