Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with an offering of $1.6 billion of senior secured and unsecured notes by Acrisure, LLC and Acrisure Finance, Inc.
Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and to fund a concurrent tender offer.
