Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in CCC Intelligent Solutions’ $1.001 Billion Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the $1.001 billion Term B credit facility for CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc.
Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to refinance the borrower’s existing $776 million Term B credit facility and to provide a $225 million add-on Term B credit facility. The proceeds of the add-on facility were partially used for the acquisition of EvolutionIQ, Inc. by the borrower.
