Cahill Represents Underwriters in T-Mobile’s $3.5 Billion Notes Offering

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.125% senior notes due 2032, $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.300% senior notes due 2035, and $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.875% senior notes due 2055 by T-Mobile USA, Inc.
Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes, which may include among other things, share repurchases, any dividends declared by the Board of Directors of T-Mobile US, Inc., and refinancing of existing indebtedness on an ongoing basis.
T-Mobile USA, Inc., doing business under the global brand name T-Mobile, is an American wireless network operator.
