Law360 Names Cahill as 2023 Practice Groups of the Year for Banking and Structured Finance

Cahill has been recognized as 2023 Practice Groups of the Year by Law360 for the areas of Banking and Structured Finance, respectively. Law360’s Practice Group of the Year awards honor the law firms behind the litigation wins and major deals that resonated throughout the legal industry in the past year.
Law360 recognized Cahill as a Structured Finance Practice Group of the Year. Cahill consistently ranks at the top of industry legal adviser league tables, most recently being ranked as the #1 legal adviser to lenders for U.S. leveraged loans for lenders and to managers and lenders for U.S. leveraged finance by Bloomberg for full year 2023. Cahill was also named the #1 legal adviser to lead arrangers of leveraged loans despite challenging market conditions, according to Refinitiv LPC, a title the firm has continuously earned since 2010.
Cahill was also recognized as a 2023 Banking Practice Group of the Year, highlighting the firm’s precedent-setting jury trial victory on behalf of Credit Suisse in a foreign exchange markets class action.
