Ed Krugman Co-Chair and Presenter at ARIAS U.S. Spring Conference

As Co-Chair of the 2011 ARIAS Spring Conference, Cahill partner Ed Krugman played a key role in developing this year's program, themed "Hitting the Reset Button: A New Start". The conference takes a "zero-based look at the world of reinsurance disputes and arbitration today as well as moving forward."Ed will present during the general session about underwriting intent in arbitration proceedings, and will moderate a panel entitled "Controlling Discovery - What Works and What Doesn't," which will explore techniques for proactive management of discovery with panelists David A. Attisani of Choate, Hall & Stewart; Jonathan F. Bank of Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP; Susan A. Stone of Sidley Austin LLP; and arbitrators Mary Ellen Burns and Robert M. Hall.
