Joel Levitin Speaks at the 2012 Midwest Bankruptcy Seminar

On Friday, August 17, 2012, Joel Levitin participated in two panel discussions at the 2012 Midwest Regional Bankruptcy Seminar.
The first panel discussion was entitled Chapter 11 — Value Gained or Value Lost? The Treatment of Intellectual Property Under the Bankruptcy Code. Joel was joined by Raymond J. Pikna, Jr., Esq. of Wood & Lamping LLP; Craig Chiang, Esq. of Buchalter Nemer; and Theodore Polk of Capstone Partners LLC.
The second discussion was entitled Chapter 11 — Bad Boys Ain’t What They Used to Be: Surprises for CMBS Guarantors & Other Developments in Real Estate Restructurings. Joel was joined by Timothy J. Hurley, Esq. of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP; Hon. Eugene R. Wedoff of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Northern District of Illinois; and Laura Davis Jones, Esq. of Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones.
