Joel Kurtzberg discussed Reporter’s Privilege and Anonymous Speech with speaker Karen Kaiser of The Associated Press, moderator Lee Levine, and panelists Bruce D. Brown of The Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press and George Freeman of Jenner and Block.
