Cahill to Speak at ACI’s 20th Annual Paragraph IV Conference on April 25

On April 25-26, partners Peter J. Armenio, Colleen Tracy James, and Gerald J. Flattmann Jr., and counsel Andrew J. Cochran will attend the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) 20th Annual Paragraph IV Disputes Conference, with Peter and Colleen each presenting on respective panels on April 25.
Peter will present on the panel, “The 2023 Hatch-Waxman Year in Review: Pivotal Moments and Policy Shifts for Small Molecule Patents,” which will cover key case law, statutory, regulatory, and agency developments over the past year.
Colleen will present on the panel, “§112 Before the Supreme Court and Federal Circuit: Navigating Genus Claims and MPF Strategies Post Amgen and Xencor,” which will cover how Amgen v. Sanofi, and its progeny impact claim drafting and PIV litigation strategies.
