Cahill represented the arrangers and Citibank, N.A., as administrative agent, in connection with the exchange by lenders on September 24, 2008 of approximately $7 billion of interim loans for exchange notes, as prescribed under First Data Corporation's Senior Unsecured Interim Loan Agreement and its Senior Subordinated Interim Loan Agreement.
