Cahill Represents Underwriters and Dealer Manager in CCA's Offering of Senior Notes and Cash Tender Offer

Cahill represented J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Banc of America Securities LLC, Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC, and various other investment banks as underwriters in connection with a public offering by Corrections Corporation of America of $465,000,000 of its 7.75% Senior Notes due 2017. Proceeds from the offering were used, in part to finance a substantially concurrent consent solicitation and cash tender offer by the Company to purchase its 7.5% Senior Notes due 2011, in which Cahill represented J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. as Dealer Manager.
